Neighborhood Beautification
The Neighborhood Beautification group organizes neighborhood cleanups to ensure that
our streets are clean and family-friendly.
The group has also worked with the city on the neighborhood entrance near the Shell
station. Using the Palmetto Pride Grant we received in 2005, we were able to plant crepe
myrtles and other shrubs. With a generous donation from Home Depot we were able to
plant Knock Out Roses. The city is installing an irrigation system for us as well. Thanks so
much to our neighbors who have given up some
of their weekend time to help with all the planting!
