the expertise to provide professional guidance to buyers and sellers dealing with older
homes. I have lived in the Historic Overbrook area in Greenville, SC since 1987. I started
a crime watch prevention organization in Overbrook in 1994. As an investor, my husband
and I purchase homes in Overbrook to renovate and fill with property owners who care for
these homes. I worked with the City of Greenville for 2 years to have Overbrook declared
an historic district. We received our historic overlay designation in 1997. I believe in
Overbrook and want to see each home renovated and well cared for.
